SPA THERAPIST (Contractor 業務委託 or 契約社員)

Rikka Spa is a boutique spa, renowned for providing a sanctuary of warmth and tranquillity. Located within the luxury hotel Setsu Niseko (voted ‘Japan’s Best Ski Hotel 2025’), Rikka Spa features 5 treatment rooms and specialises in spa treatments and facials. Conceptualised and operated by LAPIDEM, our programs are created around a philosophy that “true beauty only comes from good health”.

Niseko is an international holiday destination that is increasing its appeal as a resort for all seasons. During the summer months, Niseko is a peaceful sanctuary of wellness appealing to primarily a domestic market. Recognised globally as Asia’s finest powder snow resort, Niseko takes on a new life in the busy winter season, making it a great environment for learning languages and new cultural experiences.

• Legally eligible to work in Japan (holding a valid visa status).

• Variable working hours scheduled on monthly basis e.g 13:00 – 22:00 including 60-minute break (8 working hours)

• Hours may increase during high occupancy periods

• Days off: 2 days off per week (shift system), 116 days or more off per year

Annual Compensation (consideration based on skills, experience, and language skills)

¥4,400,000 to ¥6,300,000

Probation period: 1–3 months (Compensation during the probation period differs from the regular salary.)

This includes:

• Company dormitory staff accommodation or housing allowance of up to ¥30,000/month
• Seasonal Grand Hirafu and Hanazono Ski Lift Pass
• Performance-based bonus of up to the equivalent of one month’s base salary
