Reservations are required in advance. A 10% deposit is needed to confirm your booking. Kindly note the 10% deposit paid is not refundable.

Please send a request at least one day prior to your desired reservation time to ensure we are able to review your request. We will contact you to confirm your reservation request or to provide alternative times. Note that appointments are not confirmed until you receive a booking confirmation from us.

We recommend that you arrive at Rikka Spa 10 minutes prior to your appointment to check in.

Please switch off your mobile phone to ensure the most peaceful experience for yourself, and as a courtesy to other guests.

Should you wish to cancel an appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours beforehand or a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment fee will be charged. Please note that in the case of no-show or less than 1 hour notice, guests will be charged the full treatment price.

We recommend not to bring any valuables with you. The Management accepts no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought onto Rikka Spa premises.

Rikka Spa provides disposable undergarments for your body treatments. Any area not treated is properly draped to protect your privacy. Your therapist will only uncover the part of the body being worked on, ensuring your modesty is respected at all times. You should determine your own level of comfort when disrobing, but you are required to wear underwear at the minimum for the duration of the therapy.

We appreciate your understanding that we are unable to provide treatments to persons below the age of 16 years old or to pregnant women.

Rikka Spa facilitates safe distancing without compromising on service or your experience. All high-touch surfaces are consistently sanitised between treatments.

All prices are subject to prevailing government taxes. Rikka Spa accepts major credit cards and charges direct to hotel room only. Only Japanese Yen is accepted.
