Spa Receptionist

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Warmly greeting all customers and visitors
  • Handling phone/email reservations and enquiries in a polite and timely manner
  • Scheduling appointments and documenting guest notes and feedback
  • Ensuring the reception area is well presented at all times
  • Other general administrative tasks
  • Using knowledge of the spa and hospitality industry to provide product and service solutions

Requirements

  • Prefer candidates with experience working in a hotel spa environment
  • Native or business-level English. Conversational-level Japanese preferred
  • Basic computer operation skills
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain composure

Standard Working Hours

  • Variable working hours system on a monthly basis (7 hours per day)
  • Typical working hours: 13:00 - 21:00 (1 hour break)
  • 8 days off / per month
  • Shift system (requests will be considered), monthly rosters

Employment Benefits

  • Salary JPY 1,600 per hour
