• A 10% deposit is needed to confirm your booking. Kindly note the 10% deposit paid is not refundable.
• Any promotional offer will be applied at the time of checkout.
• We appreciate your understanding that we are unable to provide treatments to persons below the age of 16 years old or to pregnant women.
• For same day reservations, please book through the online booking system or call the spa direct at +81 (0) 136 55 7796 between 2pm and 9pm.
• Please make sure to arrive at the spa before your reservation time to complete the treatment assessment form and start your treatment on time.
• By proceeding with the reservation, I agree to authorise to charge my room, or agree to settle by cash or credit card in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
• Should you wish to change or cancel an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment. For reservations changed or cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, 50% of the cost will be charged.
• Please note that in the case of no-shows or less than 1 hour notice, guests will be charged the full treatment price.
